About the Engineering Internal Sales Manager Role:

You will take the lead in internal sales operations, be responsible for driving growth and managing key customer accounts. You’ll be responsible for overseeing the CRM and sales systems, optimising processes, and supporting business development to deliver excellent results.

Key Responsibilities of the Engineering Internal Sales Manager:

• Manage internal sales, warehousing, and purchasing operations.
• Develop and enhance CRM and sales automation tools.
• Lead new business development and account management.
• Drive strategic planning, pricing, and reporting.

About You:

• Proven experience in an Engineering Internal Sales Manager role or a similar engineering sales role
• Demonstrated ability to manage and grow internal sales operations
• Familiarity with technical products and solutions.
• Strong leadership and communication skills coupled with enthusiasm and a desire to lead from the front
• Proven experience managing or supervising a small team
• IT literate (with a particular focus on Excel) and confident in driving change.
