DallasWylde are exclusively recruiting for an Options Coordinator for one of our most prestigious house building clients based in Warwickshire.

Experience:

The Options coordinator will be responsible for managing all customer options in the region. They will set up the Options Online system to process orders for new developments, coordinate with Sales Executives to ensure customer options are ordered at the correct stage, and liaise with local suppliers and contractors to ensure customer options are fitted correctly and to the highest possible standard.

What you will do:

  • Manage customer options offering within Business Unit
  • Liaise with local suppliers and contractors to ensure customer options are fitted correctly
  • Work with Commercial department to calculate labour costs and margin
  • Input to and maintain Options Online system within Business Unit
  • Work with Sales Executives to effectively manage customer options timeframes
