We are currently seeking a skilled PM Planner for a contract position within the Utilities industry.
As the PM Planner, you will play a vital role in leading the project and portfolio planning for Transformation and Migration programmes under the Data Digital and Technology tower. This role will ensure a smooth transition to a new organisation and introduce new capabilities to enable our digital strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Create project plans, enforce deadlines, and track completion of tasks, including TSA Exit Plans.
- Manage and maintain plans, track progress, and report on project status.
- Collaborate with the PMO team to ensure governance and reporting consistency.
- Work with DD&T PMO to align on current state and issues resolution.
- Collaborate with internal counterparts for divestment and establishment of standalone ERP system.
- Drive RAID conversations and maintain relationships with programme leadership.
Requirements:
- Relevant industry certification (e.g., Agile PM certification, SAFe practitioner) preferred.
- Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project.
- Ability to deliver in an Agile environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and expectation-setting skills.
