**What You Will Do:**

- Influence and motivate other Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and stakeholders, fostering high-performing, engaged teams.

- Contribute strategically to product development, inspiring the wider organisation in the transformative journey.
- Utilize tools such as Confluence & JIRA to manage projects and backlogs effectively.
**What You Will Bring:**
- Proven ability to communicate and engage effectively across all levels within a technical and non-technical environment.
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills, with a knack for conflict resolution and fostering a safe team environment.
- Experience in managing projects and backlogs using tools like Confluence & JIRA.
- A university bachelor's degree, with Scrum Master certification being a desirable addition.
- Automotive industry experience is preferred (but not essential).
