I am currently recruiting on behalf of a Luxury Automotive OEM, based in Gaydon, who are seeking a Scrum Master to join their team
Job Description
As Scrum Master, your main responsibilities include:
- Lead teams in transforming to Agile ways of working
- Lead and be responsible for complex initiatives, in cross-functional and cross-located teams
- Influence, motivate and support other Scrum masters
- Influence PO and Stakeholders, to ensure teams are delivering maximum value
- Contribute to the strategic direction of products delivered
Qualifications / Skills needed
- Experienced Scrum Master
- Experience of managing projects & backlogs, in tools such as Confluence & JIRA
- Automotive experience
- University Batchelor's Degree
- Ability to communicate at all levels of business, technical and non-technical
