I am currently recruiting on behalf of a Luxury Automotive OEM, based in Gaydon, who are seeking a Scrum Master to join their team
Job Description
As Scrum Master, your main responsibilities are:
- Coaching the team to understand the Scrum framework and practices
- Guiding the team through execution of the Scrum practices, to deliver outcomes prioritized by the Scrum Product Owner
- Helping ensure that goals and scope are clear for the team
- Identifying tools for Product Backlog management
- Supporting team's efforts to create high value product
Qualifications / Skills needed
- Experience of managing projects & backlogs, in tools such as Confluence & JIRA
- Scrum Master certification is desirable
- Automotive experience
- Project Management
- University Batchelors Degree
