• Ideally you will have worked with bespoke machinery or experience in the automation industry
• This is a people focused role. We want someone who is a good people manager
• Experience working with LEAN manufacturing techniques
• Someone who looks to improve a process and a continuous improvement mindset
• SME doer mentality whilst its an international manufacturing business, this is an agile, growing and highly profitable SME
• You will likely have started as an apprentice and worked your way through the ranks
