Were looking for a bubbly, personable, and passionate EYFS SEN Teaching Assistant to join a primary school in Warwick. This full-time role will start on a temporary basis with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate. You will be working with young children with a range of SEND, providing support for their learning and development in a caring, inclusive environment.
If you're a team player with a genuine passion for working with SEND children and have excellent communication skills, this could be the perfect role for you.

- Experience supporting students with SEND, particularly in an EYFS setting.
- A bubbly, positive personality that can engage young learners and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and staff.
- A team player who is happy to collaborate with teachers and other staff to meet student needs.
- Passion for helping children overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential.
- Confidence in adapting activities to suit individual learning needs.
Even Better If You Have:
- Experience within an EYFS setting, especially supporting children with Autism, ADHD, or SLCN.
- A relevant qualification in SEND, Childcare, or Early Years Education.
- Knowledge of communication strategies like PECs, Makaton, or others.
- A creative approach to learning and a willingness to think outside the box.
