- Deliver effective contract management in line with the Council's framework.
- Monitor and analyze contract performance, ensuring timely reporting and compliance.
- Manage supplier relationships, driving improvements and addressing non-compliance.
- Support contract mobilization, delivery, and exit strategies.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to shape and develop markets.
- Use a risk management approach to deploy resources effectively across diverse contracts.
- A relevant contract management qualification (e.g., CIPS, CIPFA, IACCM Level 4 or higher) and 3+ years of contract/category management experience.
- Expertise in contract management, procurement legislation, and market innovation.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced IT proficiency, including the ability to analyze data and prepare reports.
