Location: Warwick (Hybrid – 2 days in office after probation)

About the Role:
A global leader in the automotive market, is seeking an experienced IT Business Manager to join their team. This role will serve as a key liaison between the IT department and management team based across EMEA, driving innovation and IT value in line with business strategy. You’ll be responsible for building strong relationships with business stakeholders, managing IT costs, building forecasts and delivering digital solutions.
IT Business Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main IT point of contact for EMEA regional leaders
- Manage IT budgets and costs effectively
- Develop long-range IT strategies to support business goals
- Identify opportunities for leveraging digital technologies for business value
- Ensure global IT standards and policies are implemented
- Drive project delivery in partnership with IT service areas and vendors
IT Business Manager Requirements:
- A degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Expertise in digital technologies
- Ideally experience within the Automotive sector
- Proven ability to collaborate with senior management and prioritise multiple projects
