You will provide industry-leading support to distributors, customers, and end users regarding all aspects of their product range.

This will include providing a dynamic phone, live web chat and email support service.

To be successful in the role, you should have solid working experience with all vehicle systems and a passion for the automotive sector, including new and exciting technology.

Ideally, you will be familiar with diagnostic systems and have a logical thought process when it comes to problem-solving.

In return, the company will provide you with a salary of £30,000 - £36,000, a bonus, an additional 6% employer pension contributions (max 9%), hybrid working, and 25 days of holidays.

An overview of the varied role:

  • Provide customer support via telephone
  • Support resolution of technical queries utilising resources available.
  • Answer/Redirect web form submissions
  • Create required reporting in line with business requirements to improve the process
  • Assist with Technical Articles
  • Assist with trade shows/customer events
  • Support Warranty process
  • Diagnostic tool support via team viewer
  • Diagnostic tool commissioning / Exchange units
  • Follow up leads with the sales team and support sales opportunities where required (Including Software Renewal)
