The ideal candidate would have experience working in the automotive industry and possess knowledge of automotive engineering and parts. In addition to this, they are looking for a great problem solver and someone who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established business that can further develop your career.Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting and resolving technical queries.
  • Providing customer care via telephone or email.
  • Provide product support for different automotive parts.
  • Respond to web queries and forward relevant queries for the north region.
  • Assist with events and trade shows.
  • Follow up with the sales team and provide support with sales as and when required.
  • Follow reporting procedures in line with the business and share ideas on how to improve.
  • Become a diagnostics team viewer expert.
Key Skills & Experience:
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Knowledge of most Microsoft Applications
  • Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent face-to-face and telephone communication skills.
  • Committed team player.
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
  • Able to build trust with stakeholders and understand the customer's perspective.
