Security Cleared SC Contract

As a CA SME, you will leverage your expertise in CA Technologies' solutions to provide specialized knowledge, technical guidance, and support for the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of enterprise-scale CA products.

This role will require you to serve as a trusted advisor, working closely with internal teams and clients to ensure the successful integration of CA solutions into the IT landscape.Key Responsibilities:Product Expertise: Serve as the primary technical expert for CA Technologies solutions, including CA Automic, CA APM, CA PAM, CA Service Desk, and other CA products.Implementation & Configuration: Lead and manage the implementation, configuration, and optimization of CA solutions to meet client and business needs.Troubleshooting & Support: Provide expert-level troubleshooting and problem resolution for CA-related issues across various environments. Address escalations and ensure the smooth operation of CA tools.System Integration: Design and implement integrations between CA products and other enterprise systems (eg, monitoring, service management, and automation platforms).Automation & Optimization: Develop automation scripts and workflows to streamline processes and improve the efficiency of CA solutions.Security & Compliance: Ensure CA products comply with security standards, policies, and best practices, including access management and audit logging.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including network, security, and operations teams, to ensure seamless integration of CA solutions within the broader IT ecosystem.Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation related to architecture, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures. Provide regular reports on system health, performance, and improvements.

Required Skills & Experience:In-depth experience with CA Technologies products such as CA Automic, CA APM, CA PAM, CA Service Desk, CA Identity Management, or others.Strong expertise in system administration for Linux, Windows, and other enterprise environments.Experience with automation tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or similar for the configuration and management of CA solutions.Proven track record in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to CA tools and integrations.Experience in system integration and building workflows for various enterprise solutions (eg, monitoring, CI/CD pipelines).Familiarity with ITSM frameworks (eg, ITIL) and experience using CA Service Desk Manager or similar solutions.Excellent Scripting skills (eg, Shell, Python, or Java) for task automation, integration, and troubleshooting.Understanding of security best practices as applied to identity and access management within CA products.Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Desirable Skills:Experience with cloud environments (eg, AWS, Azure) and CA tools' integration with cloud-based systems.Exposure to CI/CD tools (eg, Jenkins, GitLab) and related automation practices.Experience with monitoring and performance management using CA APM or other enterprise monitoring tools.Knowledge of containerized environments (eg, Docker, Kubernetes).Industry certifications such as CA Certified Professional or equivalent certificationsMust Have current SC Clearance
