  • Drive the delivery of the Design Vision from concept to production efficiently and with clarity.
  • Lead the Vehicle Design Programme Management team, ensuring all activities align with the company's creative and business priorities.
  • Implement Agile Ways of Working to constantly strive for improved team performance.
  • Engage in cross-functional collaboration across multiple brands to support the Creative Bespoke Materiality & detailed design Team.
  • Manage project timing, risk & issue resolution, cost, and resource systems with excellence.
  • Champion change management and process improvements within the team.

  • Proven automotive project management experience, particularly in timing, risk, and issue resolution.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging with individuals at all levels.
