What You Will Do:
- Drive the delivery of the Design Vision from concept to production efficiently and with clarity.
- Lead the Vehicle Design Programme Management team, ensuring all activities align with the company's creative and business priorities.
- Implement Agile Ways of Working to constantly strive for improved team performance.
- Engage in cross-functional collaboration across multiple brands to support the Creative Bespoke Materiality & detailed design Team.
- Manage project timing, risk & issue resolution, cost, and resource systems with excellence.
- Champion change management and process improvements within the team.
