Agile and Forecasting Engineer - 39982 / 35932628 - £27.21/hr umbrella rate

What You Will Do:

- Create forecasting models based on programme content and scalability linked to testing requirements in EE/EV labs.

- Engage with customers, programme teams, and key stakeholders to understand testing requirements and assist with enquiries into Engineering Laboratories.

- Support the delivery of operational cadence to manage EE/EV lab deliverables using Agile toolsets (JIRA/Confluence).

- Develop a robust and standardized forecasting model for EE/EV labs that ensures accurate testing profiles for each laboratory.

- Facilitate the use of JLR enterprise Agile methods within EE/EV labs.

- Assist in the management of EE/EV labs ABR/QBR requirements and cadence linked to strategic themes and deliverables.

What You Will Bring:

- Experience with Agile tools and methods, and operational cadence across an enterprise.

- Proficiency in using Atlassian toolsets for Agile operations (JIRA/Confluence).

- Knowledge of automotive systems and associated test facilities.

- A Project Management Qualification, with additional training in Scrum or Kanban and JIRA.

- The ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and technical areas across Engineering.
