Were looking for a proactive and experienced Fitter to join our team in Warwick. In this hands-on role, you'll play a key part in delivering high-quality builds that meet strict timelines and production standards.
Youll take ownership of your work quality, collaborate closely with your team, and ensure safety protocols are followed at all times. Flexibility is vital, as you may be required to support operations across multiple departments and units.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
Strong knowledge of production processes and experience working to takt time.
ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Proven track record in a similar fitter or mechanical assembly role.
Physical capability to work in awkward or confined spaces, including climbing over vehicles and accessing body shells and hoppers.
