Responsibilities:
路Provide accurate quotations through Acturis system
路 Handle and process any midterm adjustment
路 Assist Business Development Managers with sale process
路 Provide clients with advice and updates of their policy status
路 Offer customers detailed product information
路 Ensure that the customer is treated fairly and receives excellent service in accordance with industry and company guidelines
路 Build relationships by working with stakeholders, within the business and with insurance partners to ensure that business targets are met
