Job Title: Insurance Manager

Full/Part Time: Full Time
Salary: up to £50,000 per annum
PURPOSE OF ROLE
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Team Manager to join one of our clients based within Warwickshire. As a pivotal member of the team, you will lead and develop a high-performing team, drive operational efficiency, and ensure exceptional customer service delivery. Our client is considering individuals from a Non-Insurance background as long as you have operational managerial and sales experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, ensuring alignment with company values.
- Manage day-to-day operations, including workflow, work allocation, and absence management across multiple locations.
- Conduct monthly 1-2-1s and support personal development of team members.
- Act as the liaison between the Training & Competency (T&C) team and department leadership.
- Drive results by monitoring and analysing data to ensure KPIs and SLAs are met or exceeded.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure delivery of exceptional service.
- Make independent decisions while maintaining operational efficiency.
- Maintain a customer-centric approach, ensuring service excellence.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience of managing and developing teams.
- Strong decision-making skills and ability to work on your own initiative.
- Excellent data analysis skills to monitor performance and achieve results.
- Delivery of exceptional customer service and ability to resolve escalations.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while ensuring smooth operational workflows.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Ability to maintain a high level of customer service at all times.
- Knowledge and use of insurer products and solutions.
- Sales and service process knowledge, particularly sales through service.
- Proficient in account management systems and Microsoft Office.
