Your Role:
As an Insurance Administrator, you will be an integral part of the Commercial team, responsible for managing your own portfolio of Commercial & Scheme clients. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Processing renewals, mid-term adjustments (MTAs), and claims for your allocated clients.
- Supporting Commercial Account Executives on new business opportunities.
- Assisting with broking support for business presentations and securing new clients.
- Contributing to the ongoing development of our Commercial insurance offerings.
- Collaborating with our Accounts Department on credit control matters.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: 1-3 years in the insurance industry is ideal, but we're open to candidates with relevant skills and a passion for learning.
- Location: Central Warwick
- Skills: Strong administrative and customer service experience
