We are currently recruiting for a Powder Coater for a large manufacturing company thriving in the fire and safety sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and clean metal surfaces for coating.
- Apply powder coating using spray equipment.
- Inspect coated surfaces to ensure high-quality standards.
- Operate and maintain powder coating equipment.
- Manage inventory of coatings and supplies.
- Ensure adherence to safety procedures and company policies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any coating-related issues.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in powder coating or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of powder coating techniques and equipment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to lift heavy items and work in a physically demanding role.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Hours:
Week 1:
- 7 am- 4:15 pmMonday to Thursday and 7 am- 12 pmon Fridays
Week 2:
- 7 am- 4:15 pmMonday - Thursday WITH FRIDAY OFF!
