Senior Private Client Solicitor - Exciting Opportunity!Rocket Staffing is recruiting on behalf of a well-established law firm.
Due to expansion, we have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Private Client Solicitor to join a thriving Wills and Probate team.
The Role:The successful candidate will have extensive experience in private client matters and the ability to manage a full caseload independently. Areas of expertise should include:
- Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Administration of Trusts
- Administration of Estates
- Deeds of Variation, gifts, and deeds of family arrangement
- Tax and estate planning
We are looking for a highly skilled solicitor with:
- A minimum of 5 years PQE
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Strong IT proficiency
- The ability to work effectively as part of an established team
- A professional, motivated, and enthusiastic approach
- STEP qualification (advantageous but not essential)
