Fuel System - Design and Development Engineer

Position Type: Contract – 6 months

Experience Level: Senior (Minimum 5+ Years in Fuel System Design and Development)

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Design Engineer specializing in Fuel System. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in the design and development of engine components, with specific knowledge of high-pressure fuel systems for large engines (V8/V12). Proficiency in CAD software such as Catia and ProE is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development (D&D) of cold end engine components.
  • Develop and optimize high-pressure fuel systems for advanced engine applications.
  • Utilize CAD tools (Catia/ProE) for modeling, simulation, and design documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, testing, and quality assurance.
  • Conduct design reviews and support product validation and testing processes.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on Fuel System.
  • Strong competency in CAD software (Catia and/or ProE).
  • In-depth knowledge of high-pressure fuel systems.
