Vehicle Damage Assessor / VDA

MotorMatch Recruitment Ltd are recruiting for a Vehicle Damage Assessor based in the Warwickshire area.

MotorMatch Recruitment is representing a dynamic and growing team in search of a skilled Vehicle Damage Assessor. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team of seasoned professionals.

As the Vehicle Damage Assessor, you will be responsible for but not limited to:

• Collaborate with a team of professionals in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Perform detailed and precise repair assessments to ensure accuracy across a range of vehicles
• Calculate precise / accurate repair costs, including identifying, pricing and justifying all necessary work to ensure comprehensive accounting
• Accurately utilise estimating platforms to determine repair costs
• Communicate effectively with work provider partners to ensure repairs meet safety standards
• Manage and plan your workload effectively to ensure timely and efficient vehicle repairs in line with forecasted schedules
• Demonstrate strong organisational skills and maintaining accurate job records using management systems
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment

As the Vehicle Damage Assessor, you will have:

• Previous experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor in the automotive repair industry
• Extensive knowledge of vehicle repair processes
• Proficient in computer and estimation software
• Skilled in using relevant tools for assessments
• ATA qualified

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 8AM to 5PM
