- Estate Management - Carpenter Support the Estate management team ensuring all sites and facilities meet the needs of the business
- Help to ensure a safe and efficient performance is delivered within the Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, People & the Environment framework
- Carry out work in a flexible manner i.e., undertaking a range of work not of the core trade.
- Be responsible for ensuring all work carried out is to current industry standards and associated codes of practice.
- Undertake any other activities consistent with the trade and grade of this position.
- Handle the completion of tasks either as part of the PPM system or routine/planned works.
- Undertake any other work as directed by their supervisor in connection with their job as may be requested across all sites. Flexibility in terms of working location
Skills Required:
- Experienced using wood working machinery
- Experience in correctly identifying materials and quantities of materials required to complete task
- Possession of a clean full driving license is essential.
Experience Required:Time Served Apprenticeship, City & Guild Level 3 or equivalent, NVQ Level 3 in Carpentry and Computer literateExperience Preferred:Previous experience in a similar maintenance role.
