Marketing Operations Manager maternity cover

As the Marketing Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role within Brights marketing department, optimising marketing processes and technologies, managing lead flow, and analysing marketing performance to drive conversions and enhance overall customer experience.

You will work closely with the Digital and Campaigns teams, ensuring that our integrated campaign and customer journeys are optimised and automated through HubSpot to meet or exceed the teams MQL and sales targets. Designing and building workflows and customer nurtures to drive scalability and optimise individual touchpoints.

The Marketing Operations Manager will advise on and implement best practices enabling the Marketing team to consistently optimise campaigns to engage targeted and responsive audiences to meet our goals. Leveraging data, automation and technology, you will work to deliver improvements in performance and sustainable growth across the marketing team. Alongside the Marketing Director and Senior Rev Ops Manager, you will track, analyse and report on campaign/demand gen performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and execute integrated cross-channel communications, campaigns, nurture programs and cross-sell lead processes to support marketing/business objectives.
  • Marketing owner for HubSpot working closely with RevOps and the marketing team to ensure the effective use of the platform including developing processes and providing best practice guidance to the marketing team
  • Performance reporting for all demand generation activity including supporting weekly and monthly reporting cycles. The Marketing Operations Manager will also provide insights and analysis that support the marketing team in optimising campaigns, driving pipeline/conversion and improving ROI.
  • Continually look to enhance and optimise marketing performance, including advising campaign owners on improvements to targeting, buyer journeys, workflows and content assets based on conversion rates and ROI.
  • Segment our customer and audience databases to provide target lists that ensure marketing campaigns and activities effectively target the right customers at the right time and message.

Working with RevOps:

  • Optimise the MQL generation and tracking processes including lead scoring to ensure that marketing is consistently supplying sales with high-quality leads
  • Enhance the use of HubSpot and other relevant platforms, ensuring that Bright marketing outputs are effective and meet legal standards and best practice ie GDPR

Experience and Skills

Candidates applying for this role should have experience using HubSpot. Be highly numerate/analytical, highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and have experience working closely with Sales and Marketing teams.
