Through a small restructure and a growing order book, they are now looking for a Production Manager with a strong Health & Safety background to lead their warehouse & production teams.In this role you will lead, inspire and manage a team of 14 production staff, as well as the warehouse team, ensuring seamless operations. You will oversee all production from start to shipping, while taking ownership of Health, Safety, Compliance, Process Improvement & Innovation.The ideal candidate will be a Production Manager from an Engineering & Manufacturing background with a strong background in Health & Safety (NEBOSH qualifications or similar would be essential). You will have experience in SAP systems for production planning and inventory management. You will have experience with Lean Manufacturing or other continuous improvement methodologies.
