Your new companyWe are representing a well-established Mechanical and Electrical Contractor based in Warwick. With a history dating back to 1971, our client specialises in managing multimillion-pound contracts across various sectors in the West Midlands. As a Mechanical Project Manager, you'll play a crucial role in overseeing projects from inception to completion. Your new roleIn this position, you will manage both designed and design-and-build (D&B) projects, focusing on mechanical and electrical aspects. These projects can range up to £10 million (M&E) and cover diverse sectors, including commercial, residential, health, education, and leisure. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with contractors, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.What you'll need to succeedTo excel in this role, candidates preferable should have:

  • Experience:A proven track record in managing mechanical projects within the specified sectors.
  • Technical Knowledge:Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and building services.
  • Communication Skills:Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration.
  • Leadership Abilities:The ability to lead project teams and maintain positive relationships.
  • Self-Motivation:A positive attitude and self-motivation to drive project success.
  • Business Systems:Familiarity with tools like 4Projects, Fieldview, and Business Collaborator (training available).
