Youll take ownership of technical workstreams across varied medtech projects, collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams.
Design and develop mechanical components and assemblies for regulated devices
Create detailed drawings, GD&T, and tolerance analyses using SolidWorks
Contribute to concept development, prototyping, and DFM discussions
Support engineering documentation and design controls to ISO 13485 standards
Work with industrial design, electronics, and firmware teams to deliver robust solutions
Background in product development or consultancy as a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer
Expert-level SolidWorks skills (surfacing, complex assemblies)
Strong knowledge of injection moulding, DFM, and tolerance stack-ups
Familiarity with ISO 13485, design controls, or other regulated environments
Confident working independently and taking ownership of full design workstreams
£60,000 £65,000 basic salary
