- Resolute Recruitment is seeking a Service Engineer for a well-established client in Warwick, responsible for service-related tasks both in the workshop and on-site, including offshore platforms.
- The role includes supervising installations, conducting preventative maintenance, maintaining computerized customer records, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- The salary for this position ranges from £31,000 to £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, with a standard workweek of 37.5 hours from Monday to Friday.
- Candidates must have proven experience, a recognized engineering apprenticeship, and an HNC in mechanical engineering, along with strong attention to detail and customer service skills.

Service Engineer - The Role:
Carry out service-related tasks and activities, workshop based and on site as required.
Supervision of seal and system installation on site from time to time, including offshore platforms.
Carry out preventative maintenance on all workshop equipment.
Assist with the development of service centre activities to ensure that customer service is always of the highest achievable standard.
Maintain computerised customer records.
Carry out warehouse, goods inward and despatch duties as required.
Participate in customer training programs if required.
Ensure that general housekeeping within the workshop area is of the highest achievable standard.
Recommend methods by which processes can be managed efficiently by the entire company to improve the workload and throughput.
Carry out duties and ensure compliance with Health and Safety legislation, company regulations & procedures, plus ISO Quality standards.
Any other duties reasonably required or commensurate with the post.
Service Engineer - Salary:
£31,000 - £35,000 PA depending on experience.
Service Engineer - Hours:
37.5 hours weekly.
Monday - Friday, 8am - 16:00.
You will be entitled to 25 Days holiday per year plus bank holidays.

Service Engineer - Requirements:
- Proven previous experience essential.
- Recognised engineering apprenticeship and a HNC in mechanical engineering.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work in fast paced environments.
- Ability to read/work from engineering drawings is essential.
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong customer service skills.
