The RoleÂ
The Service Engineer will operate UK wide based from the West Midlands Hub. The role is permanent and is presented with the required tools and equipment to be effective including company vehicle, laptop, and phone. You will travel to customer sites and support both planned and reactive maintenance of equipment alongside supporting machine installation and commissioning.
The Service Engineer will ensure successful customer relationships including the positive promotion and offering of a full suite of value-added services. You will ensure regular visits to customer sites for both maintenance work and as a trusted representative of the brand. The Service Engineer will also assist with training and guiding the customer’s teams on the equipment and processes.
From a commercial perspective, the Service Engineer will also support with the preparation and delivery of quotations and estimates for both new installations and service packages.

The Person
The successful candidate will possess a proven background in electromechanical maintenance and installation. You will possess a recognised electrical qualification and be able to travel to customer sites including overnight stays.Â
A valid driving licence is required for the position in addition to excellent customer facing skills. You will demonstrate a customer-centric approach to work and be able to promote and upsell the business’ suite of products and services.
The Service Engineer will be well versed in automated processes including PLCs and robotic systems, prior exposure to HMI and SCADA being highly desirable for the role.
