Currently working with a client in Warwickshire is looking to hire an Assistant Property Repairs Team Leader focusing on managing a team of surveyors, managing budgets and corporate risk assessments.
The most ideal candidates will have a history of working within local authorities to help oversee the property repairs service.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of surveyors
- Oversee budgets
- Carry out Corporate risk assessments
Requirements
- Not essential but relevant degree or HNC/HND is ideal
- A background in Repairs and Maintennace is ideal
- A history of property inspections is also desired
- 3-month contract
- Negotiable rate DOE
- Potential for hybrid work programmes
- Potential for extension or permanent position based on performance
