Dental Seekers are proud to be recruiting a new Lead Receptionist for a well-established and friendly dental practice committed to providing exceptional patient care. We are seeking a dedicated and organised Lead Receptionist to join their team and help create a welcoming environment for patients and to oversee the operational side of the front of house.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the front desk operations, ensuring smooth and efficient patient flow.
- Greet and assist patients with appointment scheduling, queries, and payments.
- Coordinate with dental staff to manage appointments and patient records.
- Supervise and support the reception team, providing training and guidance as needed.
- Maintain a clean and professional reception area.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a receptionist, preferably in a dental or healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Proficient in using dental practice management software, (Software of Excellence is preferable).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Leadership experience is a plus.
