SF are excited to be working with a fantastic consultancy business in Warwick who are on the look out for a skilled and forward thinking HR Business Partner to join their fast paced team. This is a brilliant opportunity for a proactive and outgoing HR professional who is keen to join a growing and progressive business. We are looking for someone who has experience in fast-paced environment, someone who has experience in strategic projects and multiple portfolio management within a business. This role is going to suit someone who comes from a generalist background and is a strong people person. Some of the key responsibilities will include; - Management of X3 portfolios across the business, responsible for the full 360 HR duties. - Be involved in various strategic and operational project including competency frameworks and talent strategy - Supporting senior management with everything from general queries to complex ER case work. We are looking for someone who is going to be confident and focused in a growing and everchanging environment. This is a brilliant and social team who are keen to expand and continue to be successful! Hybrid working pattern will be offered here and we are looking at a salary of £50-£60K depending on experience.
