We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and well-motivated Administrative Assistant to join our client's dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service and administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP, and a strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Provide high-quality customer service and proactively engage in business activities.
  • Supervise reception staff and manage reception services.
  • Manage IT support for users of the telephone system and ensure proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Conduct routine building procedures and policies, including weekly fire alarm tests, fire and emergency lighting checks, and biannual fire evacuations.
  • Issue access cards and provide administrative support for various administrative processes.
  • Update and maintain schedules for all commercial property, ensuring accurate information for financial transactions.
  • Maintain weekly logs for various administrative and approval processes, ensuring compliance with procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Ability to work independently without direct supervision and as part of a team.
  • Strong prioritising and organisational skills to meet deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent word processing skills and experience in Microsoft Office/Word/Excel/SAP.
  • Good standard of English and excellent telephone manner.
  • First aid/Fire Marshall, Health and Safety Certificate, or willingness to train.
