What You Will Do:

  • Spearhead the prioritisation, investigation, and management of key tasks to support strategic objectives.
  • Play a pivotal role in supporting operational projects for the wider team, ensuring their successful delivery.
  • Manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, fostering positive partnerships.
  • Coordinate and facilitate functional team meetings, including offsite meetings, to ensure alignment and efficient communication.
  • Support the coordination of inputs and delivery of Corporate audit and functional governance.
  • Act as a conduit for information requests, managing reporting and budget tracking effectively.

What You Will Bring:

  • Proven experience in a Business Office or a similar role within a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of managing relationships at all levels.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite: Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and Excel.
  • A keen interest in Technology, Data & AI, with a good knowledge of key business systems and processes.
