As a Regular Route Driver, you’ll help ensure children travel safely and comfortably, making their journey to and from school a positive part of their day.You will achieve this by:• Driving a designated school route in a timely and professional manner• Ensuring the safety and well-being of all passengers• Building positive relationships with students, parents, and school staff• Managing delays due to traffic or other unforeseen circumstances (additional time paid pro-rata)• Participating in mandatory training and route familiarisationWhat are we looking for in the ideal candidate?• A valid D1 driving license (Full D1 preferred; D1 (101) pre-1997 accepted)• Commitment to working all term days (both morning and afternoon runs)• Availability for mandatory training from 18th to 22nd August and 26th to 29th August• Strong customer service skills and a caring attitude towards young passengers• A flexible, reliable, and safety-conscious approach to driving• No requirement for a CPC qualificationAbout us and our clientAs a flexible employee of Pertemps Recruitment Partnership Ltd, you will be joining a Company that holds the distinction of being one of the largest and most successful independent recruitment agencies in the country.
