Job Description

We are looking for a meticulous and proactive HR & Payroll Officer to support our HR and payroll functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and Payroll administration, ensuring that our HR policies are implemented effectively and our payroll processes run smoothly. Based on site at our Head office in Warwick with occasional travel to other sites within UK and Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and updating all HR & Payroll records with accuracy
  • Assisting in the whole recruitment and onboarding process
  • Administering payroll process
  • Supporting employee benefits programs
  • Ensuring compliance with Employment Law
  • Preparing and submitting reports related to payroll, HR metrics, and compliance
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Handling employee relations issues and providing support to managers and employees on all HR-related matters
  • Coordinating training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance
  • Supporting performance management process

Qualifications:

  • CIPD Qualified preferably Level 7
  • Proven experience as an HR & Payroll Officer, HR Generalist, or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processes, employment law, and HR best practices
  • Proficiency in payroll software and HRMS
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Current Right to Work in UK is a necessity
