Rubicon Consulting is currently recruiting for a Change Analyst (People Centric) on an initial 6 month Contract, located in Warwickshire/ Hybrid (On site 2 days per week)

This role may be subject to National Security Vetting (NSV) in addition to our standard background checks. National Security Vetting requires that you meet the Minimum Residency Criteria (MRC). You will have lived continuously in the United Kingdom for the required period of time, which in this case is 5 years

Role Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and people-focused Change Analyst to join our delivery team. The Change Analyst will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing organisational change initiatives. This role is centred on understanding the human and operational impacts of transformation projects, specifically within the context of operating model development and organisational design.

The Change Analyst will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, facilitate workshops, and support the development of artifacts, processes, and transformation roadmaps. You will also play a critical role in ensuring that people-centric approaches are at the heart of our change processes, enabling smooth transitions and successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

- Focus on the human aspect of change, ensuring that organisational changes are communicated effectively and people are engaged and supported throughout the process.

- Support the development and refinement of the Operating Model to ensure alignment with business objectives, considering factors like structure, governance, and decision-making processes.

- Contribute to the creation and adjustment of organisational structures, roles, and responsibilities to align with capability build and new operating model.

- Plan and lead workshops to capture stakeholder inputs, define requirements, and co-create solutions related to organisational change, operating models, and processes. Taking a leading role in producing workshop outputs, capturing feedback and updating relevant workshop plans.

- Collaborate with the PMO and project managers to develop detailed workstream plans, ensuring key milestones, deliverables, and risks are well understood, delivered and updated through programme plans.

- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to gain insights, identify potential challenges, and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.

- Develop change artifacts such as process maps, organizational charts, and other documentation required to support the transformation process.

- Analyse and understand existing processes to identify areas for improvement or redesign to align with the new organisational structure and objectives.

- Leading a sub set of workstream deliverables, working closely with transformation teams to provide insights, ensuring alignment, integration and support the development of change management strategies, roadmaps, and delivery plans.

Experience, Qualifications & Capabilities

- Demonstrated ability to manage and support people through change, including empathy, active listening, and effective communication skills.

- Experience in supporting or leading organisational design initiatives, understanding structures, roles, and business needs.

- Strong skills in designing and facilitating workshops to capture requirements, align stakeholders, and co-create solutions.

- Ability to understand the broader business strategy and translate that into operational models and organisational designs.

- Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with diverse teams, including senior leaders, PMOs, and other key stakeholders.

- Strong ability to analyse complex data, structures, and processes to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

- Experience working within large scape people central transformation, structured project environments, preferably within PMO frameworks, to track progress, milestones, and risks.
