 What You Will Do:

- Lead the delivery of the Design Vision from concept to production, ensuring efficiency and clarity.

- Coordinate all Vehicle Design activities in line with the company's creative and business priorities.

- Implement Agile Ways of Working to constantly improve team performance.

- Manage project timings, risk and issue resolution, cost, and resource systems.

- Communicate effectively with individuals at all levels and expertise across various departments.

- Drive process improvement initiatives within the Vehicle Design Programme Management team.

What You Will Bring:

- Proven experience in a Design Studio environment, supporting the creative development process through to delivery.

- Strong project management skills, with a track record of planning, monitoring, and delivering projects.

- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence others at all levels.

- Knowledge of budgeting, resource allocation, and change management.

- Experience with Agile ways of working and JIRA experience is preferred.
