Working with a leading business in Warwick in their search for a PMO Analyst to join them on a permanent basis paying £50,000 per year + fantastic benefits such as 36 days annual leave. You will be required on site 2-3 days a week.
1. PMO Design and Implementation:
o Assist in the design and establishment of the Portfolio Management Office, including the development of governance frameworks, standards, and processes specific to the client.
o Contribute to the creation of templates, tools, and methodologies tailored to support effective portfolio management.
o Support the implementation and rollout of PMO processes across the organisation.
2. Governance and Compliance:
o Ensure all portfolio projects comply with client policies, procedures, and standards.
o Develop and maintain a compliance tracking system for portfolio projects.
3. Project Monitoring and Reporting:
o Track portfolio project progress against schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
To be successful in this role, our client is looking for candidates with the following skills and qualifications:
- Experience working in a PMO role for a portfolio or large programme
- Familiarity with the structure of the electricity industry and market
- An understanding of our client's role, objectives, and key external stakeholders
- Proactive and capable of working in a time-pressured environment
- Strong experience dealing with multiple competing stakeholders
- Quality-focused, with excellent attention to detail
- Supportive of a team under pressure
- Proficient in MSP, Excel, and SharePoint
