I am currently recruiting on behalf of a Luxury Automotive OEM, based in Gaydon, who are seeking an Agile Coach to join their team
Job Description
As Agile Coach, your main responsibilities are:
- Guiding teams through their Agile Journey
- Instilling Agile Principles and practices, fostering continuous improvement
- Coaching, within Product and Programme delivery
- Support Agile Training and development of self-managed learning site
- Engaging stakeholders and shaping transformation, using data metrics to measure performance and maturity, monitoring core KPIs and value
Qualifications / Skills needed
- Agile frameworks, change management, Coaching, Mentoring and Training
- Experience with Scaling Agile Frameworks
- Knowledge of DevOps principles and Practices
- Familiarity with Agile Tools and software (JIRA/Lucid)
