As we expand, we seek a seasoned professional who is passionate about building relationships, identifying top-tier talent, and hunting for opportunities to connect the best executive candidates with leading businesses across the UK.
The Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and determined 360 Recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-reward environment. You will be tasked with:
- Business Development: Actively sourcing and building strong client relationships with national organisations, with a focus on executive-level placements.
- Candidate Sourcing: Proactively seeking top-tier executive talent, headhunting for C-suite, senior management, and other high-level positions.
- Full 360 Recruitment Cycle: From lead generation and business development to candidate management and final placements, you will take ownership of the recruitment process.
- Strategic Networking: Building and maintaining a robust network of executive-level professionals across multiple industries.
- Collaborative Growth: Working closely with other recruiters and our leadership team to help expand the Warwick office and grow our client base.
