Coffee Retail Manager - Gaydon

Up to £38,000 per annum (DOE)

Predominately Monday to Friday role however, flexibility will be required at weekends for business needs.

We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic and experienced Coffee Retail Manager to join our dedicated Eurest team in a highly innovative corporate environment for our client, Jaguar Land Rover.

More about the role:

  • Overseeing 3 main Starbucks and Costa Coffee outlets and circa. 4 retail outlets across the site
  • Drive innovation of coffee and associated products through all outlets
  • Provide detailed monthly departmental reports and updates to client and senior management
  • Carrying out monthly audits and responding to results
  • Find effective ways to save cost for the company and client
  • Responding to clients’ needs quickly ensuring security of the contract and sustaining excellent relationship with the client.

About You:

  • Previous management experience in high street coffee stores/ artisan coffee providers.
  • Passionate about coffee
  • Operational hands on manager
  • P&L Understanding desirable
  • Sales and numerically driven
  • Good customer service, giving the customer that "expert advice" at all times
