Please note this is an office based role - working hours are Monday to Friday.
Your role will include but not limited to:
- Dealing with website enquiries and inbound phone calls.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Produce formal quotations to send to customers for review.
- Follow up and close as many deals as possible.
- Update and maintain your opportunity pipeline on the CRM.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention
Requirements
- Be extremely driven and hungry to maximise sales results within a competitive marketplace.
- Be competent in using web-based quoting systems to produce quotations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Have a strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
- Always be professional, honest and work with integrity, we operate in a highly regulated industry.
- Confident communicator that easily builds rapport at all levels, from company car drivers up to managing directors.
- Be highly organised with a strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft office.
