Job description:

Are you a meticulous QA Technician, looking to work with a well-respected brand and a top tier software product? Does a variety of challenges and opportunities for growth sound like something to keep you excited and engaged at work? Then this may be the role for you. 

We are looking for our next fantastic team member to ensure consistent quality and functionality of our web based application, through testing and identify bugs and issues. You will be working with our current Technician and product specialist to help us continue to deliver high-quality solutions for our clients. 

Required skills and experience: 

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Familiarity with performance testing tools
  • Familiarity with web / SAAS software solutions 

You will be responsible for, as well as other duties:

  • Test Planning and Design
  • Develop test plans and test cases based on functional and technical requirements
  • Identify and prepare test data needed for test execution
  • Execute tests to ensure the quality of web applications
  • Perform functional, regression, usability, and performance testing
  • Identify, record, document, and track bugs or issues
