Working Shifts: 9am-5pm Monday to Friday, 37 hours p/w

Coventry Reed Specialist Recruitment are delighted to be representing a growing company in Warwick

Our client is looking for additional Compliance Administrators, to support our client’s Compliance Auditors.

Compliance Administrator duties include:

  • Arrange audit bookings on behalf of the Auditors and Members
  • Coordinator Auditor’s diaries
  • Support the auditor with any booking queries
  • Track bookings ensuring all are scheduled within the correct time frame
  • Follow up on the booking and schedule the next visit as necessary
  • Update the system with follow up notes from the Auditor and all new audit subjects
  • Assist with maintaining and reviewing the existing audit documentations and processes
  • Maintain the risk register and assist with management reports.
  • Respond to telephone inquiries and assist with membership records

The business is steadily growing and this role will develop through time.

Compliance Administrator person specification:

  • Excellent communication skills verbal and written
  • Experience of coordinating site visit bookings
  • Data entry experience
  • Be confident to question and think outside the box
  • Previous similar experience is advantageous

The team are all naturally inquisitive, engaging, friendly and work very closely together, so the appointed person would naturally hold some of these qualities and fit in to team well.
