Warehouse Operative

Warehouse Operative Empowered Personnel is currently recruiting for a large volume of Warehouse Operatives based in Wellesbourne with an immediate start. As a Warehouse Operative, you will be order picking and packing on a long-term basis working to targets in a fast paced Warehouse. . As a Warehouse Operative, you will enjoy working in a fast-paced role working under pressure with pick targets to achieve. Empowered Personnel is hiring Warehouse Operatives for an immediate start!! This is a fantastic opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals to help ensure that customer orders are processed and packed efficiently using RF Scanners and digital printing machines. Key Responsibilities of a Warehouse Operative:• Accurately order pick customer orders using RF scanners• Pack products nearly and securely for shipping• Ensure correct products and quantities are picked and packed• Work as part of a team to meet daily targets• Maintain a clean and organised work areaShift Pattern: 4 days on, 4 days off 8am to 8pm or 8pm to 8am Part time 10 hour shifts twice a week would be available for students maximum 20 hours per weekPay Rate: £11.44 - £13.50 per hour (dependent on shift pattern)Requirements:• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not essential• Ability to work on your feet for long periods• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, warehouse environment• Reliable and able to commit to the shift patternBenefits:• Long-term temporary contract with the potential for extension • Weekly pay • Competitive hourly rate• Part time 10 hour shifts twice a week would be available for students maximum 20 hours per week• Opportunity to work in a growing and exciting industryFor further information, please call Empowered Personnel on or email your cv to
