- Develop, design, and produce engaging content across various media, including images, videos, graphics, GIFs, and written copy, ensuring it’s tailored for different social media platforms.
- Collaborate with the Events team to generate buzz before, during, and after live events and training sessions, boosting ticket sales and creating excitement for future events.
- Craft content that reflects the brand’s tone of voice, ensuring consistency and alignment with the company’s identity across all digital platforms.
- Stay on top of social media trends and emerging content opportunities, ensuring the brand remains fresh, relevant, and ahead of the curve.
- Work closely with colleagues across the business, particularly in Marketing and Events, to produce highly creative, engaging content that resonates with the audience.
- Keep informed about social platform updates and algorithm changes to ensure maximum impact and reach for your content.
- Proven experience in content creation or graphic design, with a strong portfolio of work.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) as well as PowerPoint and Keynote.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
- A strong understanding of brand guidelines and experience delivering content in line with them.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads effectively.
- A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
- Strong project management skills, particularly around delivering marketing campaigns.
- Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm (35 hours per week), with a 1-hour lunch break.
- 22 days of annual leave, plus Bank Holidays.
