As a Quality Engineer within a dynamic manufacturing company based in Washington, you will be responsible for ensuring that all products and processes meet the highest standards of quality. This role involves developing and implementing quality management systems, performing detailed root cause analyses, and ensuring compliance with industry standards such as ISO9001. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to promote continuous improvement, resolve quality issues, and drive best practices throughout the manufacturing process. Skills & Experience:
- Demonstrated experience in a comparable manufacturing position
- Familiarity with ISO quality standards
- In-depth understanding of TQM, FMEA, SPC, and various problem-solving techniques
- A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline
- Expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Capable of working autonomously, inspiring teams, and promoting continuous improvement
