About the Role:

As the Marketing Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing an innovative marketing strategy. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and managing the daily operations of the Marketing Department and supporting a talented team of two.
  • Developing, refining, and executing an annual marketing strategy, with a keen focus on evolving digital marketing trends.
  • Planning and coordinating exhibitions and events to maximise engagement and brand visibility.
  • Analysing and interpreting marketing activities for continuous improvement and reporting on effectiveness.
  • Crafting compelling content across various formats, from press releases to brochures, ensuring clear communication of technical data.
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders and negotiating contracts as needed.

What We're Looking For:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Experience: 2+ years in a B2B marketing role.
  • Education: Marketing Degree or equivalent preferred.
